To ensure on-time departures, your cooperation is required for the following:
Passengers are required to check-in 1 hour before the flight departs. This is also to allow for Transport Canada required manifesting and freight loading. If you are not checked in 1 hour prior departure, your boarding may be denied. A confirmed passenger that does not check-in or show up will forfeit that portion of their ticket and it will be voided. Any passengers that wish to change flights within 24 hours prior to departure will be charged a $75.00 administration fee.
If you happen to miss your flight, it will be your responsibility to rebook your flight for the following day or whenever you decide to travel. North-Wright Airways will only transfer passengers to the next available flight for weather or mechanical delays.
Ticket payments are now required a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Reservations are still required and as long as tickets are paid for, your seat will be guaranteed. All reservations that are made and not paid within 24 hours of departure will be put on stand-by. Seats will be only be confirmed when payment is received.
If special assistance is required (i.e wheelchair needed) or if you are travelling with an infant, please inform the booking agent in order for our flight crew to be notified. Our goal is to make your flight experience much easier by preparing the means necessary to travel you safely to your destination.
The complimentary baggage allowance for North-Wright Airways allows customers to bring 2 bags that total 60 pounds, combined. Anything beyond that is considered excess and fees are applied.
Freight will still be accepted during normal business hours. All freight accepted up to 1 hour prior to departure will be shipped on that flight. However, any freight received within an hour before departure will go on the next available flight. For lost or damaged freight or baggage, please call our customer service office at 1-867-587-2288 or approach the agent in your community for assistance.
As per Transport Canada regulations, all DG shipments must be accompanied with the appropriate paperwork completed and the carrier must be advised more than 24 hours prior to shipment occurring.
Live Animals and Oversized Baggage
If travelling with an animal or oversized baggage, please notify the reservation agent when booking your ticket or indicate on the special notes field if booked online. This should be done at least 24 hours prior to travelling to ensure space. This way, our staff our able to prepare in order to safely deliver them to their destinations.
Refund and Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel and refund your ticket, you may do so by calling our customer service. There will be a $75 cancellation fee for any refunds requested before the flight. Cancellations or refunds may not be issued if requested within 1 hour from the departure time.
If you want to change your ticket, a change fee is not required except if you make the changes within 24 hours from the time of departure. You may call our customer service office to facilitate the changes in your ticket.
No Show Policy
Passengers who do not show up for their flights upon check in, will lose that portion of their ticket. These tickets may not be used for future travels. If they wish to travel, a new ticket must be purchased.
