President
As the president of the company, Travis oversees all aspects of the operation. His vision, professionalism and work ethic provide the company with the direction and the high standards that we strive to achieve.

Kyle Newhook
Operations Manager
As the Transport Canada approved company Operations Manager, Kyle is responsible for all operations of North-Wright Airways Ltd. His duties include Operations Manual production, ensuring all regulations are complied with, monitoring flight duty times and schedules, Operations training, and Human resource administrator. He acts as a Liaison with all the external agencies dealing with aviation and regulations in the industry and other operational control functions within the company. He also performs after-hours dispatch and flight following duties.

Susan Wright
HR & Safety Manager
As the company designated HR & Safety Manager, Susan is responsible for ensuring the highest compliance to all health and safety regulations and legislation as well as administering the company’s safety program. Susan is also responsible to hiring crews, maintenance personnel and dispatchers.

Janalee Wright
Vice President
Janalee is the administrator of the company’s Quality Assurance program and is responsible for conducting the company’s action items in relation to quality assurance. Her keen attention to detail and passion for progress has helped North-Wright in establishing a robust and systematic organization of records and standardized company resources and materials.

Wayne Litz
Chief Pilot
Wayne is the Transport Canada approved Chief Pilot as is responsible for leading the professional standards of the flight crews. He also develops, enforces company SOP’s, trains, and mentors all of the flight crew as they develop and grow their career as a Commercial Pilot. Wayne comes to North-Wright Airways with a wide range of experience flying internationally as well as in the medic flight field. Wayne is not only responsible for leading the crews, but also maintaining currency as a Captain on the Beechcraft 1900D.

Jes Degryse
Production Manager
Jes is responsible for managing the crew in the maintenance department and overseeing the tasks of the Aircraft Maintenance Engineers and Apprentices. Jes has rose through the ranks at North-Wright from starting as an Apprentice, becoming licensed, and now managing the production of the maintenance department. She is widely experienced in the operation of the maintenance department and in this unique operating environment of the North.

Troy Wiley
Director of Maintenance
Troy is the company’s Director of Maintenance, QA Manager, and the person responsible for maintenance. Troy has over 25 years’ experience working at North-Wright Airways and leads a team of 20 aircraft maintenance personnel. Troy’s role in the project is focused on ensuring aircraft are certified, serviceable, and safe to fly.

Ed Sheppard
Chief Financial Officer
With years of experience in the field, Ed is responsible for managing the company finances, including financial planning, financial risks, and reporting. Ed has also accomplished his Masters of Business Administration.

Joseph Howard
IT Analyst
Having over 15 years of experience in Information Technology, Joseph is responsible for providing front-line primary technical support for all of our staff. He optimizes our organizational efficiency by maintaining and improving our information systems, including software and hardware peripherals.

Denis Rheault
Senior Commercial Operations Coordinator
With 25 years of experience, Denis has created an indelible mark throughout North-Wright’s history. He has seen the growth and evolution of the company throughout the years and continues to do so as the Lead Commercial Operations Coordinator. Part of his job is to schedule and dispatch pilots and aircraft with the goal to book the most timely and efficient service possible. He also manages pilot flight and duty times, among others.

Yehor Sukach
Health and Safety Officer
Yehor is responsible for ensuring the company’s compliance to aviation and commercial health and safety regulations with the administration of the North-Wright Airways Safety Program. Yehor is responsible for conducting inspections and audits, administrating safety meetings, and researching new initiatives with respect to the advancement of safety. Yehor has an advanced diploma in Aviation Safety and Aviation Operations from Seneca College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management from Griffith University.

Jade Galarneau
HR Business Partner
Jade is responsible for managing all human resource related matters of North-Wright Airways. She plays a vital role in the administration of HR policies and procedures, recruitment and compensation initiatives. She is the first point of contact for all new employees to the company. Jade has a Bachelor’s of Commerce, majoring in Human Resources, through the University of Saskatchewan and is working towards her Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. She has been working in Human Resources field for the past +5 years in various industries such as Environmental Protection, Construction, and Retail.
