Lost Baggage/Cargo Form

As your dedicated Northern airline, we strive to do our very best to make sure your baggage/cargo arrives at your destination, but sometimes things don’t go as planned. This page contains the next steps to perform when dealing with delayed/damaged baggage or cargo. All damage claims must be completed prior to 7 days after the completed itinerary. Any baggage that has not been returned after 21 days is considered missing.
